Tradewind, which has been building quality homes in Southwest Florida since 1982, offers seven floor plans ranging in size from 2,168 to 3,600 square feet of living space. Their signature collection homes come with extensive standard features and can be customized per the buyer’s needs and desires. The builder also just launched its new Weatherly Collection, a series of four moderately sized homes ranging from 1,760 to 2,038 square feet of living space and priced under $200,000.
The opening of the model and sales center is a positive step for the company, which survived the housing downturn by doing home upgrades, remodels and additions.
“We feel now is the right time to start building new homes again – the market is rebounding,”
To start the year right, Tradewind is offering a promotion through March 31st called “We’ve Got You Covered, Inside and Out.” All buyers who sign a contract by the end of March will receive free window blinds for their entire home, and lawn care for a year.
“We want to do something that takes care of things new homeowner worry about, so providing them with window coverings was a perfect solution,” said Beattie. “And we thought it would be great to know you don’t have to worry about your lawn maintenance for that first year while you’re getting settled.”
