GCA Equity Partners, LLC announced that it has officially opened its new office at Lincoln Court in Campbell, CA.  The company marked the occasion with an open house on March 29th, attended by nearly 100 well-wishers and dignitaries.

Campbell Mayor Michael Kotowski hosted a special ribbon-cutting ceremony at the event.  GCA recently moved from Santa Clara and has leased approximately 1,000 square feet of Class A office space to support its growing real estate financing and investment businesses.

“We’re very pleased to open our new headquarters in Campbell,” said Thomas Braegelmann, CEO of GCA Equity Partners.  “We have an excellent location and the all the space necessary to accommodate our expanding support team.”

Campbell mayor Michael Kotowski added, “The City of Campbell has always been a great place to do business, and we’re thrilled to have GCA Equity Partners open a new office here.”

Tradewind Estate Homes Announces Its New Model Home Center

Tradewind Estate Homes announces the opening of its new sales center and model home at 3705 Chiquita Boulevard in Cape Coral, FL. The center is open Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday noon to 5 p.m.

Cape Coral, Florida – Tradewind Estate Homes announces the opening of its new sales center and model home at 3705 Chiquita Boulevard in Cape Coral, FL. The center features the Tradewind I model, a 2,527-square-foot home featuring a classical design with arched windows and rounded columns, and an open floor plan with split bedrooms and a three car garage.  The center is open Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday noon to 5 p.m.

Tradewind, which has been building quality homes in Southwest Florida since 1982, offers seven floor plans ranging in size from 2,168 to 3,600 square feet of living space. Their signature collection homes come with extensive standard features and can be customized per the buyer’s needs and desires.  The builder also just launched its new Weatherly Collection, a series of four moderately sized homes ranging from 1,760 to 2,038 square feet of living space and priced under $200,000.

The opening of the model and sales center is a positive step for the company, which survived the housing downturn by doing home upgrades, remodels and additions.

“We feel now is the right time to start building new homes again – the market is rebounding,” said Tradewind owner Paul Beattie. “We’re excited to get back in the new home market.”

To start the year right, Tradewind is offering a promotion through March 31st called “We’ve Got You Covered, Inside and Out.” All buyers who sign a contract by the end of March will receive free window blinds for their entire home, and lawn care for a year.

“We want to do something that takes care of things new homeowner worry about, so providing them with window coverings was a perfect solution,” said Beattie. “And we thought it would be great to know you don’t have to worry about your lawn maintenance for that first year while you’re getting settled.”
