Mpower Brands’ Revolutionary Approach To Early-Stage Business Financing

What many entrepreneurs don’t know is transaction based financing unlocks the key to optimizing scarce equity capital.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
PRLog (Press Release) - Apr 02, 2012 -
D.J. Sherman, the President of Mpower Brands Partnership knows how scarce equity capital for a young, aggressive company is. That’s why he had to create a unique non-bank, non-venture capital approach which is optimal for stretching a small sum of private capital to launch and successfully grow a very ambitious international venture.

“My goal is to give our equity partners the safest recovery and ROI on their capital as quickly as is reasonably possible. We conserve their precious equity contributions by allocating them to such intangibles as professional fees, marketing, media, branding and initial design; these are critical expenses which don’t have traditional collateral to support them.

On the other hand, substantially all of our manufacturing and sales costs will be addressed using trade financing. Too many entrepreneurs do not understand that confirmed purchase orders and creditworthy accounts receivable are collateral items that don’t require any waste or risk of equity,” said Mr. Sherman in a company meeting.

“Yes, this transaction-based financing is expensive, and it will certainly cost us more than typical commercial bank borrowing rates. But we are prepared to accept this increase in the cost of goods sold in order to conserve and protect the equity which our supporters have entrusted to us in the roll-out of our first new product, the MPower Escape Case. {see more about this product by going tohttp://www.MPowerEscapeCase.com.} There is virtually no limit to the amount of sales which we can generate and fulfill using this fiscal strategy.”

In parting, Mr. Sherman added, “Companies don’t go bankrupt because of leverage. They go bankrupt because they don’t generate sufficient sales at a sufficient margin in order to repay the money that they borrow. They wind up borrowing to cover deficits instead of to facilitate growth.”

Controversial Romney campaign ad and slogan: Until the Real Thing Comes Along

Controversial and humorous Romney campaign ad embraces candidate’s weaknesses.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
PRLog (Press Release) - Apr 02, 2012 -
With former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney poised to receive the Republican party’s nomination for the 2012 presidential campaign, some supporters are encouraging him to embrace the candidate’s weaknesses with a controversial campaign ad video and slogan entitled “Vote for Romney…Until The Real Thing Comes Along.”

“He may not be Mr. Personality. This is a guy who gives a fireside chat, and the fire goes out,” said Rep Tom Davis echoing accusations of Romney’s sketchiness on the issues, stiff “romneybot” style personality, lack of “relatability,” and overall detachment from the concerns of the common man.

The controversial video, now available on Youtube, includes dubious and damning quotes about Romney by fellow Republican politicians including Fred Upton (VA), Joe Heck (NV), former party chairman Randy Pullen (AZ), George Walker Bush, Barbara Bush, and is scored with the Billie Holiday song “Until the Real Thing Comes Along.”
The decision is sure to confound those already befuddled and disappointed by what Barbara Bush herself refers to in the video as “the worst campaign I’ve ever seen in my life.”

The video ad concludes with a still image of the banner that includes the letters R-O-M-N-E-Y with the letters M and O transposed to spell R-M-O-N-E-Y in further acknowledgement of the charge that Romney’s wealth alienates him from the day-to-day concerns of the masses.
