PRLog (Press Release) - Dec 20, 2011 -
Deerfield, Illinois – Association for Challenge Course Technology (www.acctinfo.org) announced today that it has surpassed the previous early bird attendee registration record by more than 20%.   The annual conference will be held on February 9th, 2012 – February 12th, 2012 at the Westin Boston Waterfront in Boston, Massachusetts.  Pre-conference activities take place on Wednesday, February 8, 2012, beginning at 8:30 am.

This year’s conference includes 8 pre-conference workshops and more than 120 general sessions presented by some of the world’s leading experts on challenge courses, zip lines, canopy tours, aerial adventure parks and aerial adventure courses.  Additionally, there will be several 3-hour post-conference workshops on Sunday morning for extended learning opportunities.

The 22nd Annual International Challenge Course Conference and Expo will feature keynote speaker Jim Davidson,  one of the world’s leading experts on resilience.  Buried alive inside a glacier and trapped alone 80 feet down inside a dark crevasse, with no rescuers coming, Jim Davidson is the sole survivor an incredible climbing accident.  Jim has a unique understanding of the Challenge Course Industry dating back to 1976 when he spent time as a student with Project Adventure.
